MedlenINK: I am a 26-year-old nursing student pursuing a masters degree. I was diagnosed as bipolar type I three years ago. I often find myself undergoing insomnia and only getting three hours of sleep each night, hence the title. This is my way of sharing how I get by despite these setbacks.
